Die casting alloys are metal materials designed for die casting processes, usually composed of alloy elements such as aluminum, zinc, magnesium, and copper. They have good fluidity, plasticity, and low melting point, and are suitable for high-speed, high-pressure die casting processes. Die casting alloys can not only meet the molding needs of complex shapes, but also ensure the precision and strength of the final product.

Die Casting Alloys
Alloy Selection Criteria
The selection of die-casting alloys is mainly based on the performance requirements of the product, including strength, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, processability, etc. For parts that need to withstand high mechanical pressure or high temperature environment, high-strength alloys (such as aluminum alloys or copper alloys) are selected; for complex-shaped parts that require high fluidity, zinc alloys and magnesium alloys are more suitable.
In general, die-casting alloy materials are widely used in various industrial fields due to their excellent forming performance, excellent mechanical properties and efficient production capacity, and have become an indispensable and important material in modern precision manufacturing.
Aluminum Alloy
Aluminum alloy is one of the most commonly used materials in die casting. It is widely used in automobiles, electronics, aviation, etc. due to its light weight, high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good thermal conductivity. Common aluminum alloys include A380, A360, etc.

Magnesium Alloy
Magnesium alloy is widely used in aerospace and automotive industries due to its extremely light weight, especially in applications with strict weight requirements. Magnesium alloy has good tensile strength and ductility.

Zinc Alloy
Zinc alloy has excellent fluidity and filling capacity, and is suitable for small parts with complex shapes. It is heavier than aluminum alloy, but has better mechanical strength and wear resistance, and is often used in electronic product housings, automotive accessories, etc.
