After the customer puts forward the demand, we conduct a preliminary quotation evaluation based on factors such as the complexity of the product, design requirements, quantity and delivery time. The goal of this stage is to provide an accurate quotation plan to ensure that both parties reach a consensus on price, delivery time and other conditions.

Once the quotation is confirmed by the customer, we formally establish the project and enter the project execution stage. At this time, we will further communicate with the customer about the specific needs, project details and delivery schedule to make full preparations for subsequent work.

According to the customer's product requirements and specifications, the engineering team designs the drawings and confirms them with the customer. The design stage includes detailed discussions on product appearance, function, size, tolerance, etc. to ensure that the design drawings fully meet customer needs and are approved.

After the drawings are confirmed, the mold processing stage begins. According to the product design requirements, we use high-precision equipment to make molds to ensure that every detail of the mold meets the design standards to ensure the smooth progress of the die-casting process.

After the mold is made, the first batch of products is proofed. Through proofing, we test product quality and mold accuracy to ensure that they meet the design standards and customer requirements. After the proofing is passed, we enter the mass production stage and produce numerous qualified products as planned.

During the production process and after the production is completed, we will conduct strict quality inspections to ensure that the quality of each product meets the standards. After the quality inspection is passed, the product will be packaged and shipped on time to ensure that it is delivered to the customer on time.
