2. Design Phase Review

3. Trial Production Review

3.1 First Article Inspection (FAI)

3.2 Process Capability Validation

· Cpk≥1.33 (critical dimensions)

· Shot curve stability analysis

· Quarterly QCC meetings

· SPC process monitoring (X-bar R control charts)

· Annual mold health assessment (T0 trial reproduction)
