High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC)

High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) is a metal forming process in which molten metal is rapidly injected into a precision die casting mold under high pressure, then cooled to form a high-precision casting. This process is ideal for mass production, complex shapes, and high-precision parts. The application of high pressure ensures excellent surface quality, high density, and superior dimensional accuracy.

High-pressure die casting technology is widely applied in the production of precision parts made from aluminum, zinc, and magnesium alloys. Common applications include automotive components, electronic device housings, home appliance accessories, and industrial equipment parts.
